MONDAYS at Club CONNERTON Kid Zone (21100 Fountain Garden Rd, Land O' Lakes) 
  • Weekly ArtMIX for 7-15 y/o from 12:30pm-1:45pm ($100/month), up to 8 students
  • Weekly TEEN Paint the Masters for 13-18 y/o from 2:00pm-3:15pm ($100/month), up to 8 students

​TUESDAYS at MEADOW POINTE 
  • ArtStart for 3-5 y/o + a parent, 9:45-10:45am. Only 3 families up to 6 students total + parents. ($100/month) 
  • TEEN Sketching Skills for 13-18 y/o from 11:00a-12:00p, up to 6 students (drop-off only). ($100/month) 

WEDNESDAYS at MEADOW POINTE​​
  • Sculpting Skills for 7-15 y/o from 1:45-3:15pm. Only 6 students ($200/month - takes into account higher expense for materials and extra time)
  • QuickDraw for 7-15 y/o from 3:30-4:15. Only 8 students ($60/month after purchase of supplies)
  • After-School Meadow Pointe ArtMIX for 7-12 y/o from 4:30-5:30pm. Only 6 students ($100/month)

THURSDAYS at MEADOW POINTE
  • ​Painting Skills for 7-15 y/o, 9:45-10:45am. Only 6 students ($100/month) 
  • ​TEEN Paint the Masters for 13-18 y/o from 11:00-12:00, up to 6 students (drop-off only). ($100/month) 

FRIDAYS at MEADOW POINTE
  • ArtMIX JR for 5-7 y/o from 9:45-10:45am, Only 6 students ($100/month)

Art Classes Details & Descriptions
Most Classes are $25/hour and include all materials.* Read below for a brief description of each class. 
  • ArtStart (for 3-5 y/o + a parent) is a beginner introduction to art.  $100/month upfront - you are paying for the slot. Young students will experiment with different drawing, painting & sculpting media learning how to make marks on paper, draw & paint simple designs, and even make some 3D objects.
  • ArtMIX for children ages 7-15 is a multi-media art class exploring a variety of painting, drawing, & 3D media as we study Master Artists and Themes.
  • ​Painting Skills for 7-15 y/o (or younger with parental involvement) is a beginner painting class for elementary students to learn about different paint mediums, techniques, and color mixing while creating beautiful artworks.
  • ​Paint the Masters for pre-teens and teens allow students to study a different Master artist's style and technique every month. Students learn valuable skills while attempting to recreate Master works. 
  • ​Sketching Skills for 7-15 y/o is a fundamental drawing class that teaches students about line, shape, texture, composition, perspective, depth, and shading through various techniques, using primarily graphite, crayons, markers, oil pastels and color pencils. 
  • Sketch the Masters for preteens and teens allows students to study the works of Master artists and to learn how to recreate their designs. This class teaches students about proportions, perspective, depth, shading, texture, value, design, composition, and more. Students will draw larger pieces in a variety of drawing media. 
  • Sculpting Skills for 7-15 y/o is a fundamental 3D modeling class that teaches students about form using clay, paper mâché, Model Magic, plaster, & cardboard. 
  • Quick-Draw classes are like "drawing practice" and are for students 7 years old & up (or younger with parental involvement). They are taught with step-by-step instruction for the first 30 minutes, then students are given the remaining time to finish their drawings in color media.  Students will learn how to draw various subject matter using a variety of techniques. QuickDraw classes are taught at local libraries on a variable schedule due to the nature of reserving meeting rooms at the libraries. *Just a note about the price: Please remember that for each in-class hour, multiple hours are logged outside of class for prep work, travel time, buying supplies, cleaning of supplies, research, & marketing. Art supplies alone are over 25% of the class cost. You are getting a great value for the price! 

Payment Options for Ongoing Weekly Group Classes:
  • I am a Direct Pay Provider through Florida's Step Up for Students Scholarship so you can find me in the Marketplace and transfer funds directly if you have the scholarship! 
  • If you are paying by other means, I prefer CHECK since there are no transaction fees, however I do take Venmo, PayPal & Credit Cards if necessary. See below for PayPal Buttons to pay directly online.

Home Practice Supplies/QuickDraw Supplies: For $35 you can purchase a zippered canvas tote bag that contains art supplies for use in QuickDraw classes or for at-home practice. Includes a Hardbound Sketchbook, Drawing Pencil Set with erasers, sharpener, & blending stick, one water-soluble graphite stick, one woodless pencil, canvas pencil bag for pencils & 12 Mr. Sketch skinny markers, a watercolor pad and 8-color watercolor set with brush, a Sharpie marker and a waterproof Uniball pen for watercolor sketching.
